Hi! I'm Nele Liivlaid. I’ve been creating whole food plant-based recipes and meal plans since 2014 and what I’ve learned from my own and other people’s experience is that it’s not about food, not entirely.
It’s much more important to be able to commit and find a new sustainable lifestyle that aligns with your motivation.
This is why, within this membership I concentrate on mindset shift, commitment, intention setting, self-evaluation, and reflections.
